help designing fursona?

well i mean, not /fur/ sona per se
im looking to design a tree man for myself because im a tree. i want to be able to do it properly, i have some ideas but im not quite sure where to start.
if i could have some resources maybe for like reference poses, or a dialog to bounce ideas off of someone that'd be super helpful.
here's what i have so far:
- dogwood/flowered breed
- tall as fuck
- soft
- humanoid
- probably a druid
