So, some of y’all may be wondering just that about me and this page right? From the influx of character refs and lack of original content to even posting on certain days and forgetting them, it must be confusing to pinpoint what I’m doing right? Well worry no more because I’ll explain what’s been going on.

So, what’s with the refs?
These are refs that I initially would’ve posted as whole art pieces with their descriptions to the side like I would usually do but couldn’t complete them due to a multitude of reasons. So I decided to change up the format to make this not only easier on myself but also make them seem more appealing in a sort of way. It’s also part of a New Year’s resolution that I made for myself. To summarize: my resolution was to give ALL my characters some love and make more content for them instead of just being Daisey content. That doesn’t mean I’m done with her or I’m taking a break, just thought I’d try to share the spotlight more. Including the OCs that I adopted like Val and Totar.

Where’s the original content?
I wanted to finish the refs of all my characters before I go back to making more original content. It may be a while before then but I’ll try to sprinkle them as much as I can in the meantime but until all the refs are finished, they’re kinda just on hold.

Why am I only posting my art on certain days?
When I write this, I mean “why am I only posting them on certain days of the week or month.” To put it simply, I’ve been growing sloppy and procrastinating for a long time. I took a break around a year or 2 ago and I’ve just been coming up with so many ideas but I haven’t found the motivation to come back yet. And that’s a problem as there’s so many projects I wanna work on like a Spider Women themed art pack or work on this massive webcomic that I’ve been meaning to kick off. So I’ve been trying to post these refs on weekends and days I have off to essentially put myself on a schedule so that I can finally get some work done…and I’ve also been forgetting to post on certain days because of shit popping up…I know that I shouldn’t over exert myself but I need to get back in the game and stop procrastinating.

So…what’s next…?
For now, I just plan on continuing the refs until I’m done and then getting myself back into a working rhythm so I can work on my projects and do some fun stuff along the way. Hell, I even did what I thought would’ve been hard to do and brought back a character out of retirement. I removed Bel cuz I thought she didn’t fit anymore because I was in a irl relationship that basically made it seem her relationship with Bel seem out of place. But now I’m in a better relationship and she’s back to being Daisey’s gf. I might also start opening up commissions again soon because my parents are basically kicking me out by June of next year.
