I honestly feel pretty stupid right now, but I almost lost my FA account and possibly a lot more last night.
A user contacted me through notes on FA saying they had "accidentally" reported me and the only way to reverse any action was to contact a member of FA staff through Discord.

Long story short, his "instructions" ended up locking me out of my FA account for several hours. It was when he was telling me to send $500 in "simulated funds" that I came to my senses.
I let down my guard because I was tired and not thinking straight, but fortunately I was alert enough to see through his BS. I really appreciate the real FA staff's promptness in returning my account access to me before it could be used for anything malicious.

So please keep in mind: Fur Affinity Staff will never contact you on social media for account matters. They will only use the official Trouble Tickets system or official email addresses.
