The Creation Process (G)

Hey! This is Dog from Salvador_Furr-e, I just wanted to explain a little about how we make all the cool stuff you see in the gallery.
First of all, it's not all that easy.
The AI programs we use take what are called "prompts" as input, and turn these prompts into cool, but not always amazing images. That part is just the first stage.
Next, we do a fair bit of AI editing, and more advanced processes, to make the final gallery images. We go through tons of versions you don't see, hundreds of variations that don't make it to the gallery. It's tough to hone in on the perfect prompt. It takes patience, a real amount of skill, and a creative spark to land on a prompt that makes amazing furs.
For the majority of gallery images, we use an image that starts with a prompt, and expand it by running it through the AI again. We often extend(inpaint) images many times to get the exact version we want.
Usually, it's a happy accident that we end up at the final image. It's got a lot to do with luck. But really, we put a lot of thinking and work in to make the images that you see. Often multiple hours a day.
It's something we love doing, and want to share with fellow furries. Maybe change a few minds about AI art along the way, who knows?
We believe that AI art is real art. The images you see in the gallery aren't some trivial thing we just push a button on and get perfect results. It takes a certain degree of intention.
Ultimately, AI art is a tool to create, not something to replace a traditional artist. It's like a box of oil paints, but the paints can get up and spread themselves on the canvas if you just ask nicely, and know the right words. Except, maybe the paints don't do a great job the first time...
Anyway, we're both really happy you lovely animals like our stuff! It's been amazing to see the response (we were a bit scared to upload), and a great first month posting our creations. We have many more to come!

It seems our road has come to an end.
Nothing but mist beyond it.
I’m sad, you may be as well.
Then again, it’s just another day.
Take my hand.
We’ll walk the rest together.
