I'm being little today.
not out of joy. not out of kink.
today I am little because I forced myself to.

Living life isn't exactly easy going. My anxiety touches each part of it, and most days I soldier on.
Age regression is the only therapy that has actually managed to help me. because being little means getting away from my day-to-day and grasping at some sense of innocence. Ignorant of the pain that is life.

It's been a while since I strapped a diaper on and just let go of the trauma for a bit.
I don't have the luxury of guaranteed privacy all the time.


TL;DR I'm baby cuz therapy.
