Stop being negative all the time (G)

Seriously, say something or do something positive for once instead of dumping some more toxicity into the pot. Give someone a hug, tell them they're cute, let your friends know you care about them and have their back, scream out loud and proud how much of a freak you are and shut out those who will never understand you.
I know things are rough for a lot of people but try to think positive, posting negative journals and tweets just leads to the cycle continuing
I know what it's like to want to scream it all away but stewing in toxic sludge won't do you any good
(Any comments trying to bring negativity to the journal will be removed. Call it a hugbox/toxic positivity/having my head in the sand but I'm just tired of it. Monkey part of the human brain hyperfocuses on the negative, break free from your primal urges)
