I am a laid back person with an easygoing attitude, I do like to get energized for certain things so don't count me out if its a rave or something, I love those. However you might want to count me out if its a repetitive thing, such as extreme energy consumption day after day, only so much I can handle.
All in all, its not hard to approach me for whatever, I tend to like things placed on the table for me to see anyway.
