TERMS OF SERVICE

PRICES
LINE ART ONLY: £15

‼️ Please keep in mind that when you place an order you agree to the information provided in my TOS ‼️
COMMISSIONS
-Image size will be apox 1554 x 2372px unless the width or height needs to change to accommodate additional characters. This can be changed and please specify if you would prefer a different resolution.
-A £5 fee will be added to commissions with very detailed designs, many extra limbs or body parts or props
-You must provide a clear visual reference of each character and their colour scheme
-Additional details about your character’s personality or appearance are appreciated
-Please be specific about your commission, let me know exactly what pose you want and the expression/emotion of the character.
-You will receive the WIP sketch stage via email and changes to the sketch can be made at this time. (Such as limb positioning, facial expression etc)
-Major edits (such as redrawing a large portion of the image or edits based on infomation not included in the initial application) will come with a small fee based on the time taken to complete them
-The fee must be payed before the edits are made
-Once the WIP has been confirmed I will continue working on your commission
-If I have not received a response in 48 hours I will send a reminder, following a second 48 hours the commission will be cancelled and a partial refund will be issued (4/5 of the original price)
-After this stage I will only make minor changes such as colours or small mistakes which can be discussed/fixed.
-All updates will have watermarks
-You will receive the final digital file (PNG) via email
-When the artwork is finished you will receive a copy without the watermarks
PAYMENT
-Payment must be made upfront after confirmation of acceptance
-Payments are taken through an invoice sent to you via PayPal, in GBP
-I will send you an invoice following your confirmation and will need your PayPal email to send it to you
-Payment plans can be discussed with the artist, but may not always be accepted
-You will only be added to my queue when payment has been made in full
-I will not begin work until your payment has been received
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
-I reserve the right to reject any commission without question
-You will be informed about the denial of service
-If you are rude or disrespectful toward me, I have the right to deny you service
REFUNDS
-I do not give refunds after the commission has been completed
-A partial refund can be given if the commission is in progress
-You may request a refund if the piece has not been started and you would like to cancel, or if I am not able to process your commission in time
COPYRIGHT
-No finished commissions may be edited or altered without permission. No permission will ever be given to erase or modify watermarks, my signature or important parts of the commission
-You may not claim the artwork was made by yourself or someone other than me
-You may not commercially redistribute copies of my art however, you may post or use them anywhere you would like for non-commercial non-profit purposes as long as I am credited as the artist
-You may not resell the work for reproduction or use it for business promotion. This includes but is not limited to: prints, t-shirts, mugs, charms etc
-You may not mint my artwork as a non fungible token (NFT). This is a breach of contract and you will be blacklisted. I do not do private or commercial projects regarding NFTS
-I retain copyright over all of my work. It includes but is not limited to the right to: redistribute, reproduce or reuse my work for marketing and self promotion. Unless otherwise agreed upon.
-I will respect requests to not publicly post your commission
CONSENT
-Any characters not owned by you will need consent from the original owner/s of that character. They will need to speak with me - this includes gift art.
-Unless you have my permission do not get another artist to colour in my artwork
-You may not make my artwork into a base
