Last day of the year, and I think its a perfect time to finally start using this place. So what if I cant draw? Or write? Or do anything useful. That doesn't matter. Who needs those things anyway? I can at least use this page as a hub for my favorite artists.

Its been a long year, and I think its been just about that long since I've spent much time on FA. That's not to say I haven't been up to anything furry. I've been hanging out with some local Orlando furs, and spending time with my mate.

Best of all, though, I spent lots of time doing things I never thought I'd be able to. I spent a month doing volunteer work in Australia, and got to see the east coast of the country while I was at it. I passed all my classes, this semester, which is amazing to me in its own right. I met my mate, this year, as well. I spent so long by myself, I had a hard time adjusting to being in a relationship. I think I'm starting to get used to it.

Which brings me back to these last-day-of-the-year shenanigans. I'm just being reminiscent, I guess, but who isn't on the last day of the year? I'm also looking forward. But again, who isn't? This year has the potential to change a lot in my life, and I'm looking forward to it. I'm finally going to get a car, since what self respecting 19 year old cant drive? I'm going to turn 20, so I wont be a teenager anymore. Woohoo. Maybe my mate will stop calling me a puppy.

I'm also probably going to go to my first con, this year. That'll be fun. I'm going to keep working on my guitar playing, and I'm going to try to get in shape. I'm going to have more time to spend with my new friends. I'm going to keep going with my mate and see where life takes us. I'm going to live. If I'm lucky, that'll be enough to make me happy. I've got to leave a lot of things behind me this year.

I want to apologize to anyone I've hurt this year, and I want to thank anyone who has helped me through the rough patches. It was a Hell of a year, and I can't wait for another. Bring it on, universe.
