By purchasing one of my YCHs or commissioning my art, you have agreed to the following terms of service.

On the art itself
*~ I will try and get the completed art to you within 24 hours for a YCH or within a week for a larger work. If this time frame proves illogical, I will alert you with at least 12 hours notice.

*~ My art can be used for non-commercial use only, and you may not remove my signature from the art itself. However, feel free to ask me for a version with a smaller signature if it is really bothering you that much.

*~ I reserve the right to use any art that I make for you as promotional material for myself; I only draw furry art on this website so if you see it anywhere else it is most likely not me and should be reported. I will never sell any art of your character without your express permission.

*~ I will draw pretty much anything except for scat, waterworks, vomit, non-consent, and any nsfw work with minors. If you're uncertain about some subject matter/concept, feel free to contact me and I'll most likely say yes.

*~ I welcome corrections for no extra cost.

Payment
*~I exclusively use Paypal invoices for my work. If this doesn't work for you we can arrange a different form of payment.

*~ I will give you the final price and breakdown before I start any work.

*~ For YCHs, I will only start work on the art after receiving full payment. It doesn't matter how long it takes to receive full payment; I will not get started on the art until I receive it.

*~ For commissions, I will send you an initial sketch upon receiving half of the agreed payment and the final work upon receiving the rest of the payment.

*~ If you cancel your order or demand a refund after I give you your finished work, you are forfeiting your right to any artwork that you have ever purchased from me. I have the right to resell any of the artwork I have done for you as bases for more YCHs or other works for others. I will put your name onto a public watchlist, reserve the right to formally complain about you, and I will forbid you from purchasing a YCH or commissioning me again.

General courtesy
*~ Please use proper English grammar and spelling to be completely clear. I understand if English isn't your first language (it isn't mine either), so as long as you are understandable I won't be a hard ass about this point.

*~ You must provide a visual reference. This reference can be anything from a series of photos/artworks to an actual reference sheet.

*~ I reserve the right to cancel your order if you are unnecessarily rude or difficult to communicate with or if I am uncomfortable with finishing your order.
