We just received a notice that late payment will no longer be accepted and that we will be kicked out if we do not pay ON time.
Yet they just now took the money put from last months rent (so we are now in the negatives)
And rent is due on the 1st
Mom gets paid on Saturday but it being in the negatives all that paycheck will be going on that.
I do not get paid until the 5th
So basically this place has screwed us
We own the trailer but rent the lot
And since the have not yet given us the title if they kick us out they can take the trailer and everything we own with it

I need to make $450 asap
