By commissioning any NSFW/18+ work you confirm that you are over the age of 18.
TERMS OF SERVICE

1.Will/Wont draw:
WONT:
•draw any minors/characters that look like kids in any sexual or suggestive context
•Hateful content, anything spreading intentional hate towards people and trying to provoke any groups.
WILL:
I do SFW and NSFW work anything not listed on the “wont list” can be discussed.

2.Communication
•Communication is the number 1 thing for successful business, your attitude also matters if you are rude I will refuse the commission.
•All communication is done over the site that you commissioned me through
•Responding to messages is expected from both parties in a timely manner (roughly 24h)
•For a commission to be successful and the client to be happy I the artist advise the client to provide me with reference pictures of what they want and describe it in detail. I can not read minds so the more you elaborate the higher the chance of us both being happy with the results.
•Client is always allowed to ask about the progress of the commission although I would ask you to not spam me with questions every other day.
•If I experience any delays in deadlines I will notify you of them as soon as I can. Sometimes unexpected things happen so I ask for your understanding.

3.Workflow
•I work best when I am left with some freedom to interpret the scenes and characters.
•I will try to follow any references you provide to the best of my ability although some design interpretations are unavoidable.
•Every commission is on a case by case basis so deadlines can vary.
•simple commissions usually do not take more than 1-2 weeks and complex ones should not take over a month although this does depend on the amount of characters and the complexity of the scene.
•The process consists of 4 steps.
Sketch, lineart, flats and finished artwork.
After everything has been discussed and I have started sketching I will send you the sketch for approval this is a rough stage at which any corrections should be made. That will be followed by lineart at that point it is the last time to apply any big changes if everything is alright I will continue with flat colors (no shading, texture only flats) I will send you the image where you can still make corrections referring to color choices after this it’s the final rendering phase at this point I will take it to a finish and send you the final result. At this stage every correction is going to cost extra money.
With each commission you get the right to corrections, these corrections should be applied as early in the process as they can be. Any major corrections are only appliable in the sketch to lineart phase after any colors have been done I only accept minor corrections and after the rendering has started all corrections will cost you extra money.

4.Copyrights/usage policy
•I the artist retain all the right to the artwork, clients can NOT use the work commercially or claim it as their own.
•I the artist am allowed to use the work to promote myself within any place or site/display the artwork anywhere I want.

Commissioner rights:
•Print the artwork for personal use
•Posting the commissioned artwork on social media or other websites is allowed but the artist should be credited and the watermark left untouched.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:
•Using the artwork to train Ai.
•Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (meaning making money of it in any way)
•Taking credit for the creation of the artwork
•Removing any watermarks/signatures
•Altering the artwork without the artists consent (cropping for profile pictures, banners… is ok)

If you don’t want me to post the commissioned work on social media platforms let me know but that will be considered a private commission which will cost extra 50% of the original price.

Commercial rights:
•Purchase of commercial rights costs 300% of the original price.
Commercial rights give you permission to:
•Create any sort of merch and sell it. use the work in books, covers, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with it.
•Crediting me the artist is still required for the usage of the artwork.

5.Payment
•I only accept USD and EURO currencies. And Paypal is used for any transfer of money.
•After the commission is discussed and everything is agreed upon I will start working on it and let you know that I have started with the work. I will expect 100% of the agreed upon price in maximum 48 hours, after you send the money please notify me with a message so I know it is coming since sometimes the paying platform can experience delays.
(transfer fees are included in the agreed upon price)

Refunds:
•If the commission is canceled by either the client or me the artist before any work has started I will refund 100% of the money.
•If I the artist do not manage to even start the commission in maximum of 60 days I will refund any money that has been paid.
•If I the artist do not manage to finish the commission in the agreed upon time or delay it for more than a month I will offer you a discount.
•If the commission is canceled by the client after the work has already started it will be treated on case by case basis. Rough base for refunds:
After sketch= 90%
After line art= 50%
After base colors= 25%
During rendering= 0-10%
•After the artwork has been completed I do not offer any refunds.
•if you file a chargeback your right to the work is revoked in its entirety and I can do with it as I please, chargeback will also result in a private blacklisting.

ToS may be subject to change at any time, changes don’t apply to work in progress.
If any of the terms are broken I will privately blacklist you.
