The following is for EVERYONE who commissions me! Please read fully before you do so!

This is a collective list of rules and regulations that pertain to any party or parties that may commission me for any services including, but not limited to arts and crafts.

+ Things I will not draw for commissions (so please do not ask).
- Porn in any form (this includes any nudity / sexual act(s) or exposed privates)
- Any non-straight art (mainly romantic)
- Artwork with any copyrighted character(s) (TV / Movie / Cartoon / Comic ect..)
- Extreme Muscles
- Extreme Fat
- Excessive Gore and / or Excessive Violence (Message me with details and we will talk)
- Any extreme fetishes (Message if you are unsure)
- Any Stolen Characters (Make your own character please, this goes without saying.)
- Fem-boy characters
- Humans (unless it's a traditional portrait from a photograph)

+ Rights
- I hold the right to deny any commission I do not feel comfortable with working on, or do not feel I can complete to the commissioner's expectations. Do not argue with me, or you may find yourself on a list of people not allowed to commission me.
- If you do post the art you commissioned from me, make sure to include due credit where it is deserved. I will report any and all pieces I find that have no credit given (I will message you first of course).
- Do not alter any piece done by me - especially with the signature. If you want something edited or obstructed, please message me and we will work something out.
- I hold the right to stream any and all art I am doing - including commissions - If you would like me to not, simply ask. If you would like a message when I'm streaming it, once again - simply ask.
- If at any given point during the commission I find reason to stop progress and refund any money given at that point I may do so.
- I hold the right to post any commissions I create on any art site and / or in any group at my discretion.


+ Payment
- PayPal is the main source of payment. I accept USD only.
- If you have a Deviant Art account, I may be willing to accept Deviant Art points in exchange at a rate of 100 points per dollar.
- I do not accept E-Checks.
- I have 1 payment options. 1) 100% at time of me starting your piece.


+ Timelines and Deadlines
- I do not work on art with timelines. That's plain and simple. I have a busy life, full time job, and two dogs - I will get your piece done when I have time. I can usually get them done in a timely manner, and will notify you otherwise!
- If I am taking too long, and you wish to cancel your commission you must let me know before I finish sketching - I will refund 100% of your money if before the sketch is done. If the sketch is finished and lining or the next step has begun 75% of the money will be refunded for my lost time and efforts. If flat coloring has been started, 50% of the money will be refunded; if shading has been started, 25% of the money will be refunded for my lost time and efforts.
- Same-day commissions are rare from me - expect at the very least 1-2 days.
- Larger pieces take longer. If you order a full body with a background it's going to take longer than a head shot would. Please be aware of that.


+ Work in Progress (Wips)
- I offer work in progresses. Don't ask me every single day for one, or I will stop sending them. Use your discretion please.
- I'm always more than happy to talk to you about your piece you ordered, feel free to message me. Keep in mind - If I'm talking to you it's taking away time that I could be working on your piece though.
- If I send you a work in progress and you give me the go-ahead to continue I will not go back to fix any mistakes later on in the piece. This is the point of work in progresses - please overlook them thoroughly and I shall wait for your ok to continue!


+ General Commission Info
- If you have a character you want drawn you MUST PROVIDE A REFERENCE in some way for me to go off of. No Ref = No Commission. No Exceptions!
- Any and all references MUST BE SFW - I am of age, and may view NSFW - but I wish not to, and will not complete any commission if only supplied with NSFW references.
- If you cancel a commission in the sketch stage I hold every right to the sketch phase and may use it in another piece.
- I will go back and fix anything that was my fault in any piece at any stage. If you received a work in progress from me though and you accepted it as it was I will not be returning to it as you signed off on it being acceptable.
- Upon completion I will send you the highest quality version of the commission possible for my set-up! I can send you links via Imgur and allow you to download it directly, or I can send the file(s) to a specified email!


+ Social Medias / Chat Programs
- If you have me added on any social medias or chat programs (steam, telegram, skype, facebook, ect) do NOT message me asking about your commission or for wips. Keep those messages here and Deviant Art - I keep my business and social life separate. Please respect that.
- If you are interested in commissioning me, PLEASE do so via note or shout on here for Deviant Art. I will not take commissions on any chat system other than Fur Affinity's or Deviant Art's.


Waiting list / Ques + Sales
- I'm human. I can only work on 1 piece at a time. There will a waiting list and I will always do my best to get all of the commissions on that list done in a timely manner without sacrificing quality!
- If I have a sale going and you order the piece, but are added to the waiting list - I will honor the sale price even if the sale is expired when I start the piece!
- If you are on the waiting list please understand that it is first come first serve unless stated otherwise. Please do not ask for updates constantly, for it will only waste both of our times and prolong your waiting!

Updates and Additions may be added as I think of them, keep updated on my current terms.
