Welcome to my page.
I'm currently fixated on creating rather simple drum beats with which I play over with guitar, usually using dissonant chords and interesting progressions, even if they are extremely easy to play.
Oh yeah, and the farther back you go in my submissions, the more your ears will probably bleed. Just a warning.
However, one could benefit in seeing how much my work has changed since whenever I started.

_____________
Current Setup
_____________
Guitars and other instruments: - Each instrument has its own distinct sound, which is probably why I have as many as I do. I'm definitely not a virtuoso.
Custom Carvin DC747 (Walnut body and neck, 7 string, no modifications)
Ibanez RG 3EXFM1 (DiMarzio D-Activator neck, D-Sonic bridge)
B.C. Rich Warlock (set-neck, deluxe series) - (DiMarzio X2N neck, Seymour Duncan Invader bridge)
B.C. Rich Beast (no modifications)
Fender DG-7 Acoustic (no modifications)
Tunings (there's quite a few):
7 string - ADGCFAD, GCFA#D#GC, FA#D#G#C#FA#, GCFCFFC, GCGCG#GC
6 string - E, D and C standard, CFCFFC, CGCG#GC, BF#C#DF#B, ADAEEA, AEAEFA, AEDCEA
I usually use D'addario and/or Rotosound strings of various gauges on all my instruments.
Amps, Effects, and Software: - Like the guitars, I have a few amps and effects that I keep because of their distinct sounds.
Kustom Quad 100DFX 2x12 Combo Amp
Roland Micro Cube guitar amp
Line 6 mono docking pedal + Dr. Distorto and über metal modules
Line 6 stereo docking pedal + Echo Park module
BBE SonicStomp Sonic Maximizer pedal
MXR KFK 10-band equalizer pedal
Adobe Audition 1.5 (DAW)
FL Studio 10 (for drum sequencing...drum samples are taken from Reason, EZDrummer and other various sources)
Guitar Pro 5 (for helping me remember how the fuck to play my own music when I inevitably forget)
Shure SM57 vocal/instrument mic w/ XLR-to-USB cable for easy recording

I'm still alive.
Come this Thursday, I will have been employed at my new job for a month, which is great. I still don't really have a place to live, but I'm hoping to rectify that shortly by using the tools I have at hand; mainly the internet and my car.
Other than that though, I haven't made any music in about a month, nor have I even so much as touched my guitar in the same amount of time.
It's strange, the misery I had before I came here to Kentucky was really my only source of inspiration, and now that it's mostly gone, I haven't really felt like doing much more than writing things or working on concepts for my 2014 release, etc.
I guess a good analogy would be having an empty spot in a room for 10-odd years and then waking up one day to see that it's been replaced by a slightly different looking empty spot.
I mean, the void is still there, but instead of the void being excruciatingly painful it's just kind of...peaceful.
I don't really know what to make of this.
