I'm gonna be frank, the job market around here sucks donkey dingus. It always has. It took me longer to get my previous job than it did to lose it. And before that, I'd been laid off twice in one year.
What I'm saying is that maybe it is time to start leaning into an artistic career. Which is why I need to test the waters a bit. At the moment, I've only got my dollar tier. Just a buck a month to see my repository of sketches and many forlorn WIPs. It's the one I've always had. And I'm very grateful for everyone who ever thought I was worth that dollar. <3
But at the end of the month, it's amounts to a pizza. A very good pizza, but I cannot sustain myself on it.

So what I'm asking now is for ideas.
What can I do for a higher tier? What can I do to drive a mini-career in art that doesn't involve just pay-walling things indefinitely?

So far my only ideas are for comic projects. But this time not taking eight years to finish.
Do you have any particular storylines you'd like to see, or perhaps some other ideas for things I can do on Patreon (and eventually SubscribeStar when Patreon inevitably messes the bed) that would be a worthwhile trade for, say, a five or ten dollar tier. I'm genuinely at a loss here, and would also like to see what could be possible. I don't think I'd ever make enough to make it a full-time job, but maybe I could get enough support to justify having a part time job at a place that doesn't drive me crazy.


There are no bad ideas, but please do be sincere in your suggestions. Cuz I might latch onto something crazy, even if you're just joking.
