The slow transition from fox to bat is more or less stabilized at this point. When I first learned of the whole furry thing I went in with a dragon, did a transition to fox through phoenix over the course of the year, then just stuck with my generic kitsune for many many years. It hasn't been for the last three that I've discovered that it really doesn't fit me anymore, and so I've been slowly trying out things until I decided to start adding in bat features. Not to say I don't revisit my old self, but its not representative of who I am anymore.

Bats are wonderous critters... I remember bat watching by my RV with  rainediam one night, and it was spectacular. I identify with them, from the comfort in large groups of familiars, to the sudden and seemingly random travels when it comes to finding what I desire (or want to eat). While not a goth by any means, I still like my new self, despite not wanting to change accounts. There's also still a reminder of my old self, as I can't get myself to rid myself of the fluffy fox tail I've had for so long.

With that being said, how about a little about me? I'm a guy, I have my Associates Degree, and I consider myself a crafter in various mediums. Currently I work Tech Support. I'm a fully accredited ASE Master Technician with state inspection licenses that I can't use as well! Primarily, my hobbies involve building RC stuff, robotics, video games, art and networking. I am single, and may be looking for a pet, but unless it comes out of left field and blindsides me I have given up on looking for a 'mate' after having my heart thoroughly stomped on prior, and being unable to emotionally attach to the subsequent two relationships.

One of my longterm dreams is to be able to employ a BattleMaid to be my bodyguard. There are less healthy longterm dreams :)

I do write, but primarily for myself or as theme and background information for the worlds in my head or games I'm working on. My talent is nowhere near as good as what I consider to be the "real" writers in the fandom, given they can tug on heart strings and carry emotions through text, whereas I am dry and unattached.

My art (which occasionally surfaces) is primarily done through pencil sketches and inked on paper, as having something in my hand is darn near required for me to be able to make anything. Occasionally I will do gift art, or accept requests, but I do not make any promises that they will ever be finished, and I do not do trades or commissions. Honestly, I'm not that good and there's a ton of incredible artists on this site that deserve money and adoration :)
