i need to start making stuff again.
i am having trouble getting the ol' visual imagination running again, though. a year of emphasis on the word and social science has me a bit stalled out. even worse, i can't fight my resistance to creating mediocre objects.
i'm thinking of making ceramic works that meander about the topics of metaphor, archetype, symbolism, and myth, the topics that keep my heart aflutter.
i would be grateful for any recommendation though
