Inaccessibility on accounts

Due to the way fa does their support request they have not gotten back to me about gaining access to my other account and they locked it for an email conflict which im not sure how they managed to switch my email to this one on that account when i signed up with a different email. But since they will not answer my ticket nor emails I cannot currently access Skittles account so she is going to be on spazzy's account aswell from now on. They are both my characters.
