General Terms

* Prices are subject to change based on demand.

* I reserve the right to decline, cancel and refund orders for any reason, at any time.

* All art purchased is digital only, at no point will I send physical copies.

* Commissions are first-come, first-serve.

Payment

* The currency accepted is USD and EUR, and must be paid through PayPal. If the buyer does not have a PayPal, I can send an invoice.

* Commissions must be paid 100% upfront before I begin work on them.

* Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

Copyright & Usage

I, THE ARTIST:

* I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

* I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio and in any publications such as art books with appropriate credits as necessary.

* If you request the commission to remain private, the artwork will not be posted by me on any site or used for promotion. Please inform me if you want the commission to remain private.

YOU, THE CUSTOMER/COMMISSIONER, MAY:

* Repost the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels, so long as the artwork is always credited back to me.

* You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

* Print the commissioned artwork for personal use only.

* You may use the commissioned artwork for any non-commercial page so long as the artwork is always credited back to me.

YOU, THE CUSTOMER/COMMISSIONER, CANNOT:

* All artwork created for the commission cannot be altered or changed in any way without MY consent. If the commission is altered, proper credit must still be given to me for the original artwork.

* You cannot remove my watermark/signature, and you cannot take credit for the commissioned artwork.

* If you choose the commission to remain private, you cannot repost it anywhere on the internet. The commission may still be printed for personal use.

* You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (no reselling, redistributing, making prints for selling, uploading to POD-services, etc.)

* The commissioned artwork CANNOT be used for commercial purposes. In some cases, commercial rights to the image may be purchased.

Process & Delivery

* The time it takes for the commissioned artwork to be finished varies between 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as the complexity of the piece, health, and other work.

* If I delay work on your commissoin, you will be informed.

* Once the artwork is finished, you will receive a full-resolution digital image of the commission.

Revisions

* You get 3 free rounds of major changes on the commissioned piece (pose changes, outfit changes, background changes, changes that I have to completely redo the original design.)

* An added fee will be added if the commissioned artwork goes above the 3 rounds, unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

* If you want me to change something in the artwork you previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.

Cancellation & Refund policy

* If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

* If you cancel your order before I start it, you may get a full refund.

* Should the buyer cancel the commission after work has begun, a cut fee will be given. The buyer will receive 50% or less of the commission's price depending on how far the artwork was close to completion. The client then receives the work as is. The artwork is not allowed to use/post/etc. The rights of any in-progress, updated images and sketches will have the rights returned to me.

* If the buyer chooses to cancel the commission after the work has started, the buyer will be issued a refund and the buyer agrees to the cut fee.

Art for Commercial Purposes

* A fee of $20 as an added invoice may be paid to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes at the request of the buyer.

* Purchasing a Commercial Usage Fee allows using/reposting the work without needing to give credit, using the artwork for commercial business, reselling the art, etc.

* Character designs that are commissioned fall under this category and do not need this fee applied. I only ask you credit me at least once.

Paypal specific

* If you choose to get a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

* If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point, you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece. I will have the full right to profit further from the artwork in any way. I will decline the chargeback and inform Paypal of our conversations regarding the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.

Violations of my Terms of Service
* If for any reason my Terms of Service are violated or broken, I have the right to issue one warning to fix the problem.

* Should the buyer be unable to fix the issue for any reason within seven days of the initial warning, the available rights of the commission related to the violation will return to me and the art may be resold, reposted, and/or altered.

* Adoptables related to the violation will be returned to me, and I own the rights to resell or auction the adoptable at my discretion.

* By violating my Terms of Service, the buyer will not be allowed to commission me again at my discretion.

By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to my Terms of Service and are obligated to follow them.
