I`m in a world of pain

im in a world of pain it either happened during PT or over the weekend but i pulled a muscle and dislocated my arm while doing simple acrobatic like either pull ups or flipping on the pullup bar(doin the kip)is what i think pulled it not letting go (while flippin backwards) dislocated my shoulder (we had to push that bitch back in dont tell me im not sure) but im sure its safe to say lm not drawing any time soon i cant raise my arms above my head and i didnt go to the hospital you know im not broken (bad)
