Commissions Info

- I will do art of OCs or media characters.

- Visual references are appreciated. This includes reference sheets, pose references, clear screenshots, ect. Please don’t get frustrated if I ask for more/different references; I just want my customers to receive the best product possible.

- If you cannot provide any sort of visual reference please provide a detailed text description. Again, this is for your benefit as well as mine.

- I won’t do graphic nudity, sexual NSFW, or extreme gore, but non-revealing nudity, minor suggestive, or light gore is fine(if confused or unsure please inquire).

- I will send you WIP camera pics after every phase(sketching, lining, coloring, ect.), which is the time you’ll be able to request changes or alterations. I will also send pics after these to ensure I’ve gotten your request correct.

- I’m a human being, so life many factors may impact how fast I can complete a piece(IRL obligations, technical difficulties, other commissions, ect.). That said, feel free to message me during the commission process, but please be courteous when doing so.

- I accept payments via Paypal. I do not accept any of that crypto crap.

Commissions ToS

- Unless I’m running a sale my prices are final.

- You may ask me to remove a finished piece at any time.

- You can cancel a commission at any time without reason given.

- I will require a 10% retainer per piece. This is to ensure I don’t operate at a loss if a customer has to cancel a commission.

- After a piece is finalized and payment is made you nor anyone else can alter any art I produce, including removing the watermark. The only exception is if you order a “WIP commission” for the sake of practicing yourself.

- If you use a piece I made as a reference for Art Fight, toyhou.se, ect. please credit me.

- You cannot use any art I produce for commercial use without my prior consent or knowledge. This includes: promotional material, concept art, ect. If you intend to commission me for such things you must be upfront about it, and I will charge a commercial use fee of an additional 10%.

- You cannot use any art I produce to harass others.

- You cannot feed any art I produce into an AI or turn it into an NFT.

- I reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason.

Adoptables ToS

- I’ll send you the clean ref(no watermarks) upon payment.

- You choose their personal details upon adoption.

- You can add clothes or make minor adjustments if you want.

- As you are paying for a design, you can use it however you wish - including commercial use.

- If you use a character you adopted from me for Art Fight, toyhou.se, ect. please credit me.

- You cannot feed the ref into an AI, turn into an NFT, or flip at a higher price than what you paid(even if altered).

- I reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason.

Failure to comply with the above will result in my refusing further work with you and recommending others do the same.

You provide me with a description and a color palette to work off of, and I design a character

- Any of the above - as well as just clean lines - as a “WIP Commission”, meant for you or someone else to complete(same $ USD as stated above; $20 USD for just lines); please inform me at the start of the commission process if you want a WIP Commission.

*Prices may increase for complex designs; extra characters can be added for an additional 25%(does not apply to basic or complex references).
