Squad 1 of the 13 Court Guard Squads is the head squad for the 13 Court Guard Squads, orders and declaring emergencies within the seireitei. Squad rankings are based on participation and interaction with the captain himself. There is not much required to enter and stay in the squad, for there is only:
▶ Must add the Captain to your IM device
▶ Must have some knowledge of Bleach
▶ Must make and maintain good relations with the Captain
▶ As for a reference sheet, that can be worked out and decided upon between the Captain and squad member.Squads
