I have the right to:

COMMISSIONS

Payments accepted: USD/Paypal

Commissions will be completed whenever they get completed & whichever order I choose.
-There is no timeline on my work. This is a hobby, not a business I am chained to.
-Constant harassment of when your commission will be completed will result in termination of the commission with no refund, along with possible denial of future commissions.
-My commission status on my front page is always current. Please refer to there first before asking if my commissions are open.
-"Rush" commissions will be double the price per design. (Rush commissions are automatically placed in the front of the line).
-You have the option to have your commission posted publicly or privately. If not stated which, the commission will be posted publicly.
-I will not start on your commission until after payment has been sent and approved.

If you are unsure how to ask for a commission, please just ask, whether it be through a note or a comment, I will not bite you.


COMMISSION CONCERNS & ORDERING

**NOTICE: I have the right to deny your commission for any reason**
Designs are $5.00 each. Unless what you're asking for is "complicated" (Ex: I have to draw it.) Prices are subject to change.

Set of 1: $5.00 /$10.00 'Rush Service'
Set of 2: $10.00 /$20.00 'Rush Service'
Set of 3: $15.00 /$30.00 'Rush Service'
Set of 4: $20.00 /$40.00 'Rush Service'

Maximum commission order is 10 designs. $50.00 /$100.00 'Rush Service'

ORDERING:

Be specific. The more detailed you are in your description of what you would like, the better.

You may:
*Pick the lineart (Unless I do not own it or the lineart you picked out is too difficult to show/color).
*Send reference images .
*Link to color pallets .
*Send anything you think might help me better understand what you would like.

-Commissions may be asked for in note or comment. I am not picky.
-USD is the only monetary currency I accept. You will need to compensate the difference if you are buying in a different currency.
-NO REFUNDS. ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL.
-If you de-activate/move, I will not finish your commission and there will be no re-fund if I am not notified of it.
-All cash transactions are carried through PAYPAL. I will not accept checks/snail mail.
-Do NOT ask to commission me if you do not have the funds. This is why payment is asked up front.

I will not:
-Design a closed species breed for you (Unless you have proof of permission).
-Rip off someone else's character. This is theft.
-Use a lineart that is clearly marked not for free use/use of commissions ect.

COMMISSION CONCERNS:

You may:
-Make changes to the design
-re-sell/re-gift
-Change the species
-Change the gender
-The design is yours! Do whatever it is you wish to it!

Asking for changes in your commission:
If you would like changes to be made in your commissioned design, please let me know as soon as possible. Once you say you are happy with your commission, I will no longer work on it and the transaction is completed.
**NOTICE: If you order (as example) a purple cow with angel wings, and I design it and send it to you, and then you change your mind you want a giraffe with deer antlers instead. We're going to have a problem and you look like an asshole.

TRADES

Please check my trade status before asking me about a trade.

Accepted Trades:
-Custom linearts
-Custom designs
-Artwork
-Material items; Breyer horses, skulls, pelts, stickers, figurines, ect)

All trades are created on a mutual agreement. If your account becomes "de-activated" or you have moved accounts and I am not informed, I will drop your trade. As of 8/8/16 I will not finish my half of the trade first unless I am the one who initiated it. All future trades you will be required to finish yours first before I start mine.

GENERAL RULES

**These rules apply to general purchasing, auctions and everything I upload.**

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY/FILE MANAGEMENT:

-I am not responsible for your design after you have purchased it.
-My work is made completely on flash drives that are dumped after they get full.
-If you would like an un-watermarked file of the purchased design, please ask for it at time of purchase if I have not already sent it to you.
-If I decide to de-activate or banned from dump my gallery for whatever reason, you're going to be S.O.L.
-If you choose to sell your design and the buyer asks for the original; that is your responsibility. It should not fall on me for that buyer to ask me for said design, nor is it fair for them.

Artwork Use
You ARE allowed to:
-Upload to stash/toyhouse
-Upload into your gallery (Please just give credit)

OWNERSHIP:

Once you own the design, you may do with it as you wish!

You may:
-Change gender
-Change species
-Add horns/wings/nails/teeth
-Remove limbs
-Re-sell/trade/give away/gift/breed
The design is yours. I don't care what you do with it, however I would appreciate credit for the design.

Marking Designs as SOLD
-As of 1/26/2018 all comments that have been confirmed of sending payment asking for a design will be "marked as featured"
-If you have asked for a design after 1/26/2018 and your comment is not 'featured' please let me know.
-This prevents confusion and selling the same design twice.
-If you have paid for a design and it is not marked with your icon, please remind me to mark it as yours.
-My adoptables are on a first come first serve basis and if the same design is sold twice, the first buyer wins the design while the 2nd buyer will be offered a custom design in its place or a refund (Points only).
-If you are the owner of the design, and you decide to sell it to someone else, I will not update who originally bought the design.

COPYRIGHT:

Theft is taken seriously and I will not tolerate someone re-selling my designs/someone else's character.

-The Deviation will be reported without warning, and the owner of the design/s will be notified privately.
-People trying to purchase said 'stolen design' will also be notified and linked to the original.
-Every single one of my adoptables are watermarked for this reason, once sold they are stamped SOLD. Only the purchaser has a clean un-watermarked version of the design.
-If you suspect someone has stolen designs from this account, please sent me a NOTE. Public back-lash gets out of control and it creates more drama/attention than needed.
-ALL designs are © to Squiggy-Adoptables/Squiggy-303 (Deviantart) until sold.

PRICING:

-Prices of my designs are based on quality and time taken in my own opinion. If I like a certain design more, it will cost more.
-I will not change the price because you 'cant afford it'.
-Do not complain about the price. I value my time and you are more than welcome to shop cheaper options somewhere else.
-Prices on designs will go down after a certain period of time that I see fit.
-Do not offer a lower amount than what I have priced it for, you will be ignored.

BIDDING:

Bidding in Auctions:
-Please reply to the highest bidder.
-Auction will end on date given in description or 24hrs after last bid was placed.

"I Want It More":
If a user has asked for a design and I have not replied to anyone yet, users may bid for the design.
-Please reply to the highest bidder.
-Auction will end 24hrs after last bid placed

This may seem like a "starving artist" situation; it is. My account, my rules, my designs, my conditions.
"That's not fair! I asked first!" - My page, my rules. You stepped onto my field, we're going to play my game.
Granted this doesn't happen often, I usually respond in the first couple of minutes.

PAYMENT/PURCHASING:
On FurAffinity, USD is the only currency accepted.

Payment:
Once given the go ahead to send payment, you have 24hrs to do so.
Payments must be sent to Squiggy303[at]Gmail.com

-If not paid in the 24hr window, the design will go back up for sale.
-Do not send payment for anything unless approved and given instructions when and where to send.
-I do not accepts checks/snail mail.

Purchasing:
-Clearly state which number/design you want to buy.
-Purchases are first come first serve.
-Do not hide or edit comments. If you change your mind please comment again. When multiple people ask for the same design, edited comments makes it very difficult to see who asked for it first and keep things fair.
-Edited comments will be IGNORED.
-If you have the intention to buy, and you comment asking to buy; please follow through.
-Do not comment asking for a design and then suddenly change your mind because you 'spent the points somewhere else' or 'found something better' or 'ran out of points'. (Repeat offenders of this will be declined from buying from me in general in the future. This includes commissions.)
