This is something I really didn’t want to bring up here, but I have to ask for your help ;(

A few days ago, something awful happened — my kitty, my sweet little Sunny, got critically sick. She developed a huge abscess on her chest, which turned out to be a tumor in her mammary glands. After running all the necessary tests, we also found out that her uterine canals are rotting from the inside, and she urgently needs surgery.

And just yesterday, her back leg stopped working.

I’m absolutely heartbroken. This is the first time I’ve ever gone through something like this — my pet, my dear Sunny, who’s been by my side for 12 years, is fading away right in front of my eyes.

The surgery is scheduled for next week, but because her blood work shows severe anemia, she’s currently under constant care and medication. If the treatment doesn’t work, she’ll need a blood transfusion, which costs around $500, plus the surgery itself is $300 (not including the hospital stay).
