SUBJECT: Launch of the Official SAAP Resource Hub + Character Introduction Portal

Crew,
I’m pleased to announce that development has officially begun on the Starfleet Anthro Alliance Program Resource Hub — a dedicated website that will serve as our central archive for lore, uniform references, and community resources.
The primary goal is to help artists and members create and commission artwork that feels consistent with the established lore of the Alliance, while still celebrating the beautiful diversity of our members. To be perfectly clear: artwork featuring non-standard uniforms, civilian attire, or alternate settings is still warmly welcomed and accepted. The hub is simply here to provide optional canon-friendly guidance for those who want it.
📡 New Feature: Character Introduction Submissions
Alongside the lore resources, we will be launching a Character Introduction Portal.
This is your opportunity to formally introduce your officer to the wider Alliance.
Submission Guidelines:
➤ One solo photo or rendered image of your character (full-body or portrait preferred)
➤ Must remain SFW or partially suggestive — full NSFW will not be featured
➤ A short blurb about your character (background, role in the Alliance, personality highlights, etc.)
Approved submissions will be posted on the website and may also be shared on our official accounts to help the crew get to know one another. Think of it as your official Starfleet personnel file, but with a little more personality.
🛸 Next Steps
The site is currently under construction and will be revealed once the foundational sections are ready. In the meantime, I’ll be gathering feedback on what lore topics and reference materials would be most helpful to you.
If you have ideas for the Resource Hub or would like to prepare your character introduction early, feel free to begin drafting your blurb and selecting your solo image.
I look forward to seeing the faces (and tails, ears, antennae, etc.) that make this Alliance so vibrant.
