Having memory problems. Bad ones.

Feels like we're missing memories of our life from around 2009 to 2019.
Can remember certain things from those years.
But despite the fact they were objectively better times to be alive and we had way more friends and a way happier and more active lifestyle... We can barely remember anything.
...why. :(
It feels increasingly like it was someone else's life.
...I guess it kind of was, in a metaphorical sense...
Also having trouble remembering more recent things too.
