Why is there no mermaid tag? (G)

Something I still don't get is why there isn't a real "mermaid" tag as a species option when posting here. Why's that? I figured it'd be under the mythical creatures section, but nope. Lamias and centaurs are there, but I don't understand why mermaids aren't. It makes things slightly inconvenient for me whenever I want to post something that falls under that category.
