Just Talking

As you all may or may not know, I am a gamer. During the last generation some of my favorite games included the Prince of Persia Series, Knights of the Old Republic, God of War 2, Tron 2.0, Jak & Daxter, GUN, Mark of Kri and Ratchet & Clank.
Well I think we now have a serious contender for ‘Best game of This generation’ in my personal opinon.
Mass Effect 2
Here’s the launch trailers. Warning!!! Possible Spoilers Ahead
And Tali fans….you may want to sit down for this one.

Oh and the name of the song is “Heart of Courage” by Two steps from Hell
In other news, I’ve been catching up on elements of my childhood that I missed by sitting down and watching Fraggle Rock. I must say I was pleasantly surprised, I mean sure it’s a kid show, and an Aesop tale but they actually made it fun and caught me by surprise with some of the subjects they touched on. I mean watching the tomboyish Red and the normally gloomy Boober discussing the possibility of death and all the things they loved about life as they are slowly suffocating while trapped in a cave-in was actually kind of powerful. For a kids show.
I think my favorite characters include Wembly, Mokey, and the Doozer Dame Cotterpin. Junior Grog managed to to get an honorable mention for his actions in the later half of the final season.
