There once was a boi that got covid
so he hopped on YouTube and found a vid
of a guy explaining where to go

Ugh, life, amiright??
I don't get to draw nearly as much as I used to anymore, I first got started drawing on paper and never really enjoyed doing characters digitally, it didn't feel right. I'm upset because my old sketchbook was full of great art--much better than the stuff I've posted here now--but got stolen after my bag fell off the back of my bike while riding to school back in college, along with everything else in that bag of course. Fancy bag, tablet, bluetooth keyboard, notebook and 5 textbooks, sketchbook, probably almost $1,500 worth of stuff all disappeared. I couldn't even track my tablet because the battery was dead and whoever stole it never gave it access to the internet. Anyways, my drawing ability has massively declined lately after I dropped the hobby and picked up rock climbing, and I'm happy to say I'm much better at that than I ever was at drawing lol. Except for maps, maps are super easy and I LOVE doing maps and I've been doing a lot of research recently on how landmasses form because I would love to get really into fictional map-making and even maybe doing commissions again! I'll probably be posting maps on here in the future as I try to bang those out, but that'll of course have to wait a while because I've also joined the US Army National Guard, which means that I'll be shipping off to Basic Training pretty soon, and then AIT for "Advanced Individual Training" to be an electrician for the guard! It'll be fun, and I've been enjoying the preparation drill weekends where they get us ready for BCT and AIT, but I'll still have to mentally prepare myself for about 4 months of pushups, no sweets of any kind, early mornings, cleaning and recleaning a gun without hardly using it, very little internet access, and of course getting yelled at constantly by men in funny hats. I'm glad to know, however, that being a rock climber has prepared me excellently for pretty much every single non-combat related skill one would need to be successful! Other than cardio lol, I do definitely need to run more. Maybe once I get back next year though I'll get to start on some of those sweet maps!

If you have a problem you know how to fix, then there's no need to worry. If you have a problem that you can't fix then there's no use in worrying!
