I've been at this for a long time and I'm pretty exhausted. Both mentally and physically. It's to say this here but I might consider retiring in the not so distant future. Maybe next year or hell, maybe even 5 years but it will most likely happen.

I honestly know for a fact I am not really associated with the fat fur community that much. I don't go out of my way anymore to really engage or seek out people that might have the same "kinks" as me. Even then, I feel like I'm pretty vanilla but that's what I am most comfortable with.

I've had falling out with some folks, either because they were massively entitled pricks, trying to get free art from me (doing gift art is different of course, I mainly mean begging or requests, shit like that) or some individuals straight up say my art sucks, so I'm hesitant to share nowadays.

But even then, I do have a few people that genuinely like me as a person, but also enjoy my works, and that is something I had to learn, just stick with the people that actually give a shit about you and try to keep them as long or as close as possible.

I've been hurt too many times, or rejected repeatedly to the point I almost feel numb about it. And sure, I do get easily overwhelmed or nervous and I genuinely feel like an outcast for the most part.

Sucks to say, but it's true.

So I believe for now, I'll just continue what brings me joy and drop ever dreaming about hooking up with "what's popular" or worry "am I good enough"

If you don't like me or how I draw, then go to hell, because you never cared in the first place.

As for the people I stopped talking to, I'm sorry. I don't think we had much in common or your likes were just too extreme for my liking, but you should continue liking whatever stupid crap you like, I'm not important or the police for "what's good" or "what's bad". Just move on and live your life, all of us only have one.
