My character's name is Raymond The Fox.
I see it less of a "persona" or how the furrys like dubbing it a "fursona," but more as simply a device used for self-insert to exist among furries.
As in I don't really "see myself as a fox," but more like I just think foxes look neat.

Also I just loved how much of a snarky smart-ass Nick Wilde was in Zootopia, and I like being a smart-ass myself sometimes, so he kind of made me take the decision to make my character a fox. I guess you can say Zootopia pulled me into being a furry to begin with.

Canonically, Raymond The Fox is an average American citizen with nothing special to him. No quirky powers or elaborate backstory. Simple guy.
The things not-so-simple about him though are the many body-modification products he uses, like genital changer, breast growers and shrinkers, gender swappers, etc.
He pretty much finds all these at any typical pharmacy or store. Nowhere special.
