[IMPORTANT NOTE: MAJOR UPDATE TO USER PROFILE AS OF 4/16/2026]

My name is Talia Redtail and I have been in the fur community for some time. I am recently back from what was supposed to be a small break that turned into over a decade (close to two decades) out of the fandom. I am slowly trying to make my way back. Seeing if there is anyone I remember and willing to meet new furs. I tend to be a bit 'quiet' (guarded, shy and very quiet) about myself; though, I do open up with time. My hope is to try and slowly make my way back in the fandom one poem/story at a time.

I will say this much; I am a mix-race (Native/White) chronically ill, trans-female deer who tries to be optimistic through it all. Pleased to meet you all (again).

Because I was asked, my heritage is as follows: (Bio-father side) A Mix of Dominican, Boricua, and San Martin, all with a a very healthy dose of Carib, Caribbean Arawak and Central Taino Native Peoples; (Bio-mother side) A weird "road-trip" of Western Europe minus France and the Low Countries (so, white).

Concerning RP & ERP: Please, please, do not ask me to RP unless I know you very, very, very well, and in that case, I will most likely have already made the first move. I have to very comfortable with that sort of thing. Do not ask for ERP at all (again, if I am that comfortable with you, than it is likely the conversation already took place). I am also very happy in my current relationship situation with  Mordenheim and  N7Renegon so, there's that; please be polite (the ones who can 'flirt' with me already have my permission and may do so ((smiles)) and , they know who they are). Same with art, you may suggest anything but I already have a few artist in mind who I would trust for anything 'Spicy' ((smiles)). I am very sure they know who they are. I can currently can think of only few artist that I would trust with sort of thing.

[UPDATE] On a related note; yes, I am in a relationship with two people and it is very new to me (but a very exciting adventure and a very loving experience). I am not: a swinger, open to a free fuck, easy, plays around, cheap, a 'nasty girl', open to sex, interested in your ERP games, a slut, or any other nastiness you wish to label me as. I am in a very loving and committed relationship with two people. It is not some cheap 'sex thing' and I have no interest in defending who I chose to spend my time with, at all. I trust, whom I trust and I love, whom i love. If you do not have anything nice to say, kindly have a very pleasant 'go fuck yourself'; thank you.

When it comes to art and how I present, I am not a prude; I am just careful of how much I am 'seen', when I am 'seen', and who is doing the 'showing'.

Final thoughts about me: Talia and the IRL Talia are more or less the same person (that is to say, she is a personal 'fursona').

-- My Appearance --

Body: My overall body is that of a white tail deer with the ‘white tail’ and spots (cheeks, shoulders, lower back and hips); however, I have the European red deer coloring (the mix to reflect my Euro/Native American hybrid ancestry IRL), her under side (so that would be lower jaw, throat, front torso and private area, inner arms and thighs) is a lighter color of a sorta reddish-cream color. The bodies build is "curves in the right places" but a bit heavy. I am 5'7" and 220lbs to 230lbs (US dress size 16 UK/AUS 20 Euro 48 of XL/XXL depending of clothing, sometimes, I need to size up) with, what some have called, "great dancer's legs" (very tone) with US B-cup breast (Praying for C's).

Antlers: When I had them, I use the red deer "crown" style of antlers (not too large), due to the fact that in winter, when their testosterone drops, they lose the antlers. I chose this as a symbolic transitioning as with the white tail deer body and loss of antlers, I would look very much like a doe. I used the Red Deer style to also represent that with HRT, over time, the antlers would disappear and my form would become female. Please do not ask about the antlers; they are much like my deadname, I do not talk about it.

Eyes: I have very deep brown (with red highlights, my eyes look like polished black-cherry wood) eye with very long lashes (all natural) and always seem to look a bit demure and feminine.

Hair: My hair is a dark brown (almost black) with streaks of chestnut and silver that pop in the sunlight. Talia's hair flows in very gentle waves to the shoulders and then, past the shoulders, the wave become more pronounced ending in ringlets around the shoulder blades (I have long hair). My hair is parted on the left side and always well brushed and worn down.

Hands: I have a thumb, and two fingers each ending in a "carnitine" hoof/nail at the knuckle. My fingers tend to look thick and not to delicate next the fingers of a 5-fingered hand.

Feet: My feet are a split toed plantigrade style (flat, I have heels because I dance and I could not picture dance moves on a foot that was digitigrade style) foot. I have two front toes (with the "carnitine" hoof/nail ending the ball of the foot) with two small dew-claws (back ‘nails’, tiny ‘spikes’) that one would see on any deer. They come off my ankles and at a downward angle. again, my hooves should end at the balls of my feet (that would fur covered flesh). For accuracy and honesty sake, I wear a size woman's 14 wide ((embarrassed)); I have the feet of a Clydesdale. I have found that the right shoes can hide them and make them look a bit smaller and daintier.

Legs (the braces): I has mobility issues; on very (or if the braces made her legs sore again) good days she can stumble around with a pair of forearm crutches, but otherwise she is forced to use full leg braces (they do give her back some of her former dance abilities). The most common brace used is a C-Brace by KAFO ("Here" and "Here"). She also has lighter braces for shorter store runs and times I do not need to be on my feet as long ("Here" and "Here").

Clothing: I try to be fashionable (I love shopping for clothes); I will ware any thing cute and feminine; though, I am drawn to skirts with legging and turtlenecks (or other neck coverings, like scarves); I can also rocks a tux. I will most always have shoes (I like likes boots) though, they usually have to be modified (a low or open heel) to accommodate the dew claws. Unshod I have two front toes with two small dew claws (back nails) that grow just under the ankles (that one would see on any deer). I like blacks, Violets, blues, and greens.

Make-Up: I often try for something subtle and usually matching my clothing; I am going with an average look, I will use light pink or clear lip gloss, very soft violet eye-shadow (though I also love peacock-blue), and a slight touch of blush. It makes me feel pretty.

Accessories: I wear a pair of small clear frame glasses, I also were three pendants:

Necklace 1: Platinum chain and locket (a moon symbol that is not Silver) - A picture locket that opens up to show tuk ro, Victor  Mordenheim.

Necklace 2: Gold chain and locket (a sun symbol) - A picture locket that opens up to show tuk ro, Reno  N7Renegon.

Necklace 3: Electrum chain and locket (a slight gold tinged sliver colored alloy of gold, silver, and some cooper; no allergy issues) - a large circle with one side a crescent moon, another side and radiant sun in crescent and the space between several raised 'stars'. Talia's personal 'sigil'.

In addition, I will sometimes have a flower (rose or orchid if felling ‘tropical’) of a complimenting color – white or violet being favorites.
