I drew throughout high school and experimented with various media but got along with graphite or ink the best. drew various subject matter but i like big cats the best. Thought about going to art school and continued to dabble and experiment for another 3 years after HS. Started using colored ink in rapid-o-graph pens and started doing stippling only pics.
One day there was an accident, just a little thing, but I lost my Muse and couldn't bring myself to draw again for 31 years. Not a pic. I thought about it often and wondered often if circumstances would ever be right to get me started again. It was kind of tearing me up deep inside.
Then one day a young fox I know introduced me to the furry fandom and the various web sites. I had been a sci-fi/fantacy novel fan for decades, that and my love of drawing and the big cats clicked together then. I think she had been pounding on my front door for quite some time but it took the fox to open my ears to it and let the Muse back in.(March 2010)
Anyway, 3 months later I attended my first con. AC.
Also trying my hand at sci-fi/fantacy writing.Have several shorts in.the works and a couple novels outlined.Many of my pics so far are illustrations from some of the stories. I find it easier to do a pic when I have a story to go with it.
