I am a member in a group on another platform that went off the rails earlier today. The group founder updated the rules sometime in the afternoon. As a result of the update two members called out the group creator over one of the rules. While posts related to religion and politics should not be allowed for obvious reasons there was something that stood out the most resulting in drama. We should be able to vote for anyone we choose without being berated because of our choice. This specific group administrator made it perfectly clear that anyone who supports a current political leader is not welcome in their group. I find it particularly concerning when someone tells everyone to avoid drama only to make the situation worse by adding that type of agenda to the group rules. I have lost all respect for that individual. We all have our opinions and differences. How we handle our disagreements with each other defines who we really are. I will say that this individual lacks ethics, maturity, integrity, honor and leadership skills based on their recent behavior. Please show kindness and respect to everyone around you because you can make a difference in society.
