AGE RESTRICTIONS
ALL CLIENTS MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO ORDER FROM ME. NO EXCEPTIONS.
I may ask to see your ID if I suspect that you may be a minor.
I will refuse service if I believe anyone ordering is a minor.
I will refuse service to anyone who is suspected to be purchasing artwork for a minor.
Offenses to these terms are not taken lightly and will result in a blacklist or block.

PAYMENTS
Payments are processed via PayPal only.
All prices are in USD only. Please see PayPal's USD current conversion rates for your country's currency. Gift cards, Bitcoin, checks, Robux, V-Bucks, Monopoly Money, or other forms of currency are not accepted.
PayPal payments will be sent as an invoice. I will need a valid PayPal email address to send payment through.
I do not accept art trades or art gifts as a method of payments
Payment is expected in full before any work begins on a piece. I do not accept half payments for any pieces.

SUBMITTING COMMISSIONS
Please ensure you have read my dos and don'ts below before moving forward with a commission
It is recommended that you have a high resolution reference sheet on hand so that I may accurately depict your character.
Reference sheets can be sent to me over telegram or discord.
If your commission involves a character that is not your own, please ensure you have permission from the owner of the character before proceeding.

Characters that are protected by copyrights

COMMISSION PROCESS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Communication will be done through Discord, Telegram, or FA’s note system only
All art pieces, with the exception of YCH, will be provided with WIPs.
WIPs will be uncolored line art only.
During the WIP stage, any mistakes in need of fixing will be free of charge.
Changes at this stage will be free of charge up to three changes only.
After three free corrections, piece changes will incur a $5 fee.
Large changes to a piece may incur anywhere from a $10-20 fee.
Once the WIP is approved by you, I will begin work on the final piece.
Please do not spam about progress reports on a piece. You will be given one warning. Any further offenses will result in being black listed.
Any threats to get me to draw something will result in a block and a blacklist.
Rude or uncivil behavior will result in a cancellation of your commission, and a 50% refund if it has already been paid for.

DISTRIBUTION OF MY ARTWORK
You may post my artwork to any social media that you’d like.
Full credit must be given to me as the artist if my work is posted anywhere.
Do not alter, change, redistribute any WIPs to finish yourself or have another artist finish.
You may not use my work to make NFTs.
Do not remove, change, crop out my signature from any artwork.
You may not trace, replicate, or heavily use my art style or work. Art theft is not taken lightly and will be dealt with accordingly.
I do not give permission for my work or data to be used in AI generative platforms.
I may use artwork from canceled commissions for my own use.

REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS
As the artist, I have the FULL right to cancel your commission at any time and at any stage of the process. I reserve the right to refuse service due to any reason.
Please contact me via one of the three aforementioned methods to cancel a commission.
Refunds may be issued depending on the state of the art
Before WIP stage- FULL refund
WIP stage- 50% refund
YCH pieces are non-refundable.
If I cancel a commission due to unruly, uncivil, hostile behavior, I will only refund 5% of the original commission price.

USING MY CHARACTERS IN ARTWORK
You are free to use any of my characters in artwork.
As the owner of the characters, I have the right to refuse how the characters are used in your commissions.
You must ask me for permission to use my characters in any commissions that are ordered through another artist.
I will accept the use of my characters in gift art.
My characters are not to be depicted in any way that violates what is on my “Will Not Draw” list.
