Beer brewing! (G)

Yes, I'll be brewing my own beer within a few weeks with the help of my new home brewing kit! ouo I've got a ridiculous amount of ideas for flavors and such, but I figured I'd ask what little people know of me for suggestions. That and also so I don't have to go about asking people individually. Makes shit easier on me.
Anyhow! Since one of my neighbors is a flavor chemist, pretty much any flavor is an option to me. All I need to do is ask him to get the extract for me, and I can add it into the brew. Other then that, people who actually know what beers they actually like (stouts, ipas, ale, ect ect) gimme a word on it. Granted I can't send a beer through the mail (sadly enough) I can't really share it, but eventually I'll start putting up each brew with all the information and my thoughts and feelings on it.
So yeah. What kind of interesting or unique flavors would you people suggest out of a beer '3'
