GENERAL TERMS


You must have a clear idea of what you want. A clear description and reference image(s) are required.
It is important to communicate your thoughts to me throughout the process.
Please be patient when working together.
Deadlines are individual and on a case-by-case basis.

PAYMENT

Payment is required upfront before any work is started.
USD currency only via PayPal transfer.
Payment plans can be considered and discussed individually on a case-by-case basis.

PROCESS

USING BASES


After payment has been received I will then put together linework using a base/pack.
You will receive a Work In Progress (WIP) of the linework to approve.
After all necessary changes have been made, I will begin coloring.
You will receive a WIP of the colored base to approve.
After all necessary changes have been made, I will begin shading.
After a final approval, your files will be sent to you via email!

ORIGINAL ART


After payment has been received I will then put together a sketch.
You will receive a Work In Progress (WIP) of the sketch to approve.
After all necessary changes have been made, I will begin the linework.
You will receive a WIP of the linework to approve.
After all necessary changes have been made, I will begin coloring.
You will receive a WIP of the colored lines to approve.
After all necessary changes have been made, I will begin shading.
After a final approval, your files will be sent to you via email!


NOTE: Each stage allows for 3 WIP images.
After each three, a fee may be applied to
account for the time spent on alterations.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

All work is non-commercial unless otherwise agreed.
You are free to post purchased work online/use personally.
Credit is required on all original work posted online.
Work created using a base/pack require credit to the original artist when posting online.
Do not crop/alter work unless it’s for censoring purposes.
Do not impersonate my work.


CANCELATION / REFUNDING POLICY

In the event of a personal complication resulting in cancelation: You will receive all incomplete files and a percentage of your payment refunded.
In the event of a cancelation due to harassment: You may/may not receive all incomplete files depending on the issue. A refund will most likely not be given.
In the event of client cancelation: You will receive all incomplete files. A refund will most likely not be given.
