Hello again....

It's been more than two years since I've last posted anything on this site, and for good reason i guess.
About three to four months after my last posting, where I mention being released from the hospital after a collapsed lung, my lung collapsed once again and I was back in the emergency room.
This went on for around a whole year. I was lucky to be at home for more than a week before my lung ruptured again, I spent what felt like an eternity in the I.C.U., constantly being prodded, jabbed, cut and questioned, usually without any results. My lungs would not stay inflated for more than a few hours without any suction going to the quarter-inch rubber tube sticking out of my chest wall.
It wasn't until September of 2011 that I was released from the hospitals care, for the next few weeks I was laid up on painkillers waiting for the holes in my chest to close up.

On December 22, 2011 my Father died.

He was the world to me. I loved him more than I truly think I could possibly love anything else.
The night before he died, I prayed for the first time in many years.
I asked, begged, for forgiveness of the sins and wrongs that I have committed and for the first time in my life I prayed for the safety and well-being of another.
And lees than 12 hours later my dad died.

Christmas passed with a grim shadow cast upon it, I did not celebrate as I did the years past.

I'm currently going through the probate court in order to become executor of his assets due to him not having a written will. Nothing moves quickly in the halls of the courts, the days pass so slowly.


But I mustn't lose myself in a personal Hell, I am strong willed and shall smile through life's tortures. I will succeed and prosper, mainly because my other choice would be to rob a bank or something of the such... Hostage situation and all that jazz ... Not my definition of a "good time" :P
I'm going to try and be here more often, actually get some work done eventually. Matoc, I'm sorry I never finished FBL.... Just give me some more time to get all of this court stuff out of the way and you'll see some more posts from me.

I'm happy to be back and alive, and I hope to finally be able to post some more art and meet some more awesome people!
