Personality:kind, friendly, energetic, loves loud music, dancing and raves. He has a bit of a temper but, generally he's easy going. He's hyper and a extrovert, he's the exact opposite of his brother.
Appearance:Grey fur, purple eyes, black mask with white markings above it, black nose, white snout, sabertooth style canines, black socks fur on his hands and feet, a big fairly bushy black and neon color/flouresant striped raccoon tail. 5'7", tends to have a smile on his face. Semi muscular but, not extremely so, thin. His hair is dyed various colors. Tends to wear vintage t-shirts, amok pants or UFO pants, his pawpads glow and his claws do as well. Has LED earrings and two earmuffs on his left ear. Has a tattoo on his neck, left shoulder and bicep and his back. Sometimes wears a hat. Has LED tentacles to make a 'Rave tail' around the base of his tail. Wears a leather choker.
Backstory:Tino was born a genetic experiment with his brother VJ and a few others. While some of his family still looked remotely human he and his brother were turned into anthros. He was lucky enough to be born with nothing more than a bad case of ADHD, bucked teeth and a irregular sleep pattern unlike his brother. When he turned 12 years old they escaped and he has been living life ever since. Living it to the fullest, going to parties, raves, anything he can goof off at.
