So, many of you are probably wondering why I have supposedly left Deviantart and some have even started watching me in hopes that I would come back. Well, I know you’ve already figured out what has happened, but I think it’s time I brought this out into the light.

My account was deactivated. No, this was not on my own accord, but rather forcefully silenced because of an infraction that I wasn’t even a part of.

Anyways, here is the history of Toainsully on Deviantart:
History
In 2013 - the user, Toainsully was first created. Like everyone who started on Deviantart, it was nothing. Terrible at drawing, I made screenshots from Minecraft and Garry’s Mod. It managed to gain a bit of traction, but it wasn’t enough. So, I started a YouTube channel in 2015-2016 uploading GMod video tests. Eventually, as the years went, I made new friends on Deviantart - MrPr1993, TRC-Tooniversity, etc. Soon enough, I became a friend to some people.

In late 2020, I accidentally discovered The Skindex editor, which allowed me to make custom Minecraft skins. To practice, I used it on some adopts that I got back in 2018. After trying out the skin, it was a success. I knew I could harness my new skill into this account. My first breakthrough was for a user named Richsquid1996. It was their birthday at the time and I created the very first Minecraft skin for them - Their Jester OC, Violet. Needless to say that they really loved it.

The next year in 2021, I was making skins for people on whether I loved their OCs or wanted to make something for their birthday. Other users came onto Deviantart such as AbbylikesSkittles, PandaBoyToy, MBOXLocke, the list goes on. Soon enough, my Deviantart account became a powerhouse for Minecraft skins alike.

In 2022, my DA account also foresaw the return of an old game that I played - Spore. Even though I had forgotten the access details to my old Spore account from 2008 / 2009. I decided to start off anew with a clean slate using my current email, which I then used to add my old account, “Toa98” as a Buddy thus allowing me to carry on where I left off. Several more events allowed me to gain notoriety on Deviantart:

Twerkout March by Prevence (although I would not fully join it until 2023)
TRC Birthday Collab 2022 by TRC-Tooniversity (which I nick-named my entry “Operation Tooniversity”)
The termination of my younger brother, Joeyinsully off Deviantart
On Discord, I would become a Server Moderator for the Cities Skylines Discord.

2023 rolled around and I was still making Minecraft skins, Spore creations - whatever was deemed fit for my Deviantart page. However, on 31st August 2023, something devastating happened…

Deviantart had sent me a “Notice of Account Suspension” under the the following comment: “Alternate account for previously banned user” ← This infraction was something I had not committed in the past, even back when I had Core Membership temporarily, I still dedicated all of my activity on just one Deviantart account. But now, it’s snatched away for an infraction I didn’t even do just pretty much sent shockwaves throughout the rest of my social media.

A few hours later, I contacted Deviantart Support hoping to appeal my ban and saying that it was a mistake and I was not associated with any banned accounts, but after several weeks, I had no reply.

I sent in a second ticket asking why I didn’t receive a response for my ticket and a third one a month later all the while explaining to them that If I created several alternate accounts just to break the Terms Of Service, then I could see it as the reason for my consequence. But alas, these tickets just came back with radio silence.

But as the old saying goes: “Failure is not an option.” So, I decided to pack up shop and move to Pixiv and Bluesky (which I had redeemed a code from SpitfireArts on Discord), and formed up a contingency plan:

All past Minecraft skins were uploaded to Pixiv as a sort of Archive
My current and upcoming skins were uploaded on Bluesky
Although my Furaffinity account remained inactive, it would be brought online again for news / updates. My Itaku account would also follow suit.
My GMod and SFM pictures were all sorted as I also uploaded them to the Steam Community as well.

Even though the spark in my Deviantart account has long extinguished by mass-reporters, the spirit of Toainsully lives on in those whom they were blessed with gifts
