Password Reset Broke !?

I just notice something weird, when i try to get my old account recover, i got to the try #9 to recover my old account, and i did´t get anything, but i make a new account, and try to see if i got, the same result of, taking a lot of time, and i got the recover password instantly.

So what is it ? its is broken, or its just Admins, not activating accounts they feel like ?

I'm just curious how you and a few others came across my page a little while ago. I got three watches all around the same time. Not that I don't appreciate it, just curious.
