-I will not give refunds unless there is some reason I am unable to get your work done.
-Please pay as soon as I approve your commission.
-If you rush me, I will decline your commission. If it's been more than a few weeks, you may politely remind me. If it's been more than a few months, feel free to ask for a refund.

Paying
-Please pay only in CAD over Paypal. I will not be taking snail mail.
-I prefer to work only after being payed. However, if you really need, you may wait until I finish the picture. I will not, however, upload or show you your picture until I am payed. This is to prevent myself from being scammed.
-Please do not complain about my prices.
-I will not haggle prices. I expect full pay.

Commission Errors
-If I have made a mistake, please note me and let me know! I will do my best to fix it.
-If your reference is shaded and I colour your commission wrong, I apologise but I may be unable to fix it. Please give me a clearly drawn out reference.
-I will not take written descriptions. Reason being, it is too easy to mess up. If you would like a commission, please give me a clear picture to work from or a drawn reference.

Copyright
-You may use the work I draw for you, however, I expect written credit. Please and thank you.
-Posting my art on other websites, such as Tumblr or Deviantart without credit to me will be reported. I do not want to feel like I am being stolen from.
-My art is copyrighted to me. Making money for yourself off of my art is absolutely prohibited and illegal.
-Do not alter or edit the work please, with the exception of cropping.
-If my work happens to have my signature, do not remove it.
