So, what's happening?

As a student of College of Culture and Art I have to make a short film as the coursework. I'm making an animated film called "The Next Stop Is Yours" or "Pressure" (I don't know yet). The script is done, I'm currently working on animatic and seeking voice actors, but I need money to pay them and to pay animators, who's willing to help. So, that's where I need help. I don't need much money, this project shouldn't be a masterpiece, it's just a student work, and yet, I need an amount I don't have :)

what exactly do I need? I need commissions, because I hate the idea of taking donations.

The price for the full commission - 20$, which includes background and possibility of adding multiple characters.
If 20$ is too much - I can make an additional discount. I'll draw both SFW and NSFW commissions, not including strong / extreme fetishes, such as gore, death, cubs, diapers, scat, gases, etc. (WS is fine, of course).
