Vadicard’s Terms of Service

Payments: Unless otherwise agreed upon I will accept payment only through paypal.

Refunds: Refunds are based solely on the progress of the art. If the art is finished there is no way to receive a refund. If the art is lined and flat colored you may receive a refund of 20%. If the piece is only lined you may receive a 40% refund. If the art is still in the sketch stage you may receive a 70% refund. A full refund will be issued if the art is not started at all. There are no refunds once the shading process begins.

Deadlines: Unless a deadline is given a commissioner can assume a window of three days up to a maximum of two months. If two months have passed and the art is still not complete a full refund will be issued, as well as any progress on the piece sent to the user.

Modifications: Changes may be made to my art as long as it is very clearly stated that the piece was completed by me, as well as a statement of each individual change made.

Signature: Upon no circumstances may my art be published without my signature or trademark on the piece. If I find out my signature has been removed from any piece without my consent I will no longer do any business with you, as well as post up an informative beware.

Credit: If you do post the art, be sure to credit it somewhere in the description!

Age: By commissioning a piece of adult content from me (such as sexual, drug related, violent or explicit in anyway) you consent that you are the age of eighteen or above.

Agreement: By paying for your art you consent automatically to my terms of service.

Notes: 1. No progress will begin on a piece until payment has been made. (Ex. Payment pending on an e-check) 2. I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to rude or inappropriate behavior at any time, communication issues, or inability to complete the piece; a refund will be issued if applicable by the percentages above. 3. I retain the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, blog, or journal. 4. The Client may not make prints of the artwork, with the exception of single prints for personal use and display not to be resold or used commercially. The Client may not profit from the artwork. The Client may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format.
