Commission Process:

- 1 - You can contact me at victorian.veneris[at]gmail.com to discuss the commission. The conversation can be made in the inbox of one of my social networks, but should be formalized through the email anyway, especially to forwarding the finished piece. If I accept, a full deposit must be made before I start the commission.
- 2 - A sketch will be sent for your approval, being allowed up to 3 changes in total. You can change any aspects of the character, anatomy and facial expressions. Depending on the complexity, an extra fee may be applied. After your approval, I will start finishing it.
- 3 - The process will be updated so that you can follow up. Small changes can be made after sketch: colors, patterns and small details only. (No line manipulation. And respect the limit of 3 changes). There is no possibility of changes after starting the colouring process, unless the color palette is wrong. WIPs and completed works will be posted in my galleries.
- 4 - By agreeing to these terms, you give me permission to use the images in my portfolio for promotion purposes. If you don’t want me to post the WIP or final artwork, you must inform me before starting the commission and tell me the reason. You can request the withdrawal of any personal info you wish (like name, birthday dates, etc).
- 5 - When complete, the final image will be sent to you in high resolution by email.
- 6 - Send me references, pose images, everything you can to make the process easier. If it's an original character, give all the details you can. If possible, tell me a bit of their story.
- 7 - Time varies from commission to commission, I don't work with deadlines or Turnaround Time. If you need it fast or for a specific date, I have an extra cost. Larger pieces may take more time.
- 8 - The deadline price is individual, and depends on the date you want, the complexity of the work and how many commissions I am going to skip to start yours.
- 9 - Please, avoid asking for progress, specially if you didn't pay for a Deadline. Follow the queue through Trello, by there you can check everything. Sending frequent messages asking about the process disturbs me and takes more time to finish the work.

-> DO: Original Characters, FanArt, Chibis, Portraits, Furries (Feral or Anthro) and NSFW.

-> DON'T: Offensive Content, Political Content.

-> My prices are PER CHARACTER.

-> Price don't include Background. Photo background I can take from Shutterstock if the client pay for it. If you want that I do the background, it'll have a custom price.

-> Complexs characters, armors, weapons and extra contents will have extra custom costs.

- 1 - 100% of the total amount must be deposited in advance to take a slot.
- 2 - I DON'T WORK WITH HALF PAYMENT SYSTEM (first at the beginning and the rest at the end). Only full deposits.

I have a QUEUE that I follow strictly. I will not pass anyone ahead unless they have paid for it. Respect the order of arrival and my creative process.

Revisions:

---

I ask you to be clear from the beginning with what you want. During the sketch process, we will allow 3 main revisions (posture, main details, positioning), after that a charge of $10 will be applied to each additional change. Small (and only small) details will have no extra cost. Please consider the artistic process and that there is a difference between "gestural sketch" and "clean sketch" before requesting any changes. Please also send as many references as possible to speed up the process.
One time the art piece is finished, approved and sent by email/social network, I DON'T MAKE ANY CHANGE in the art.

Withdrawal by buyer

---

If you need to cancel your commission for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible.
Depending on how much of your work has been made, you may receive a partial refund of the amount paid so far (a full refund will not be possible).
The work I have completed so far may be changed (so it is no longer recognizable as your order) and completed for my personal gallery work.
Check the partial refund:
- If I don't started your Commission: I'll only discount the PayPal fees, and the rest will be returned.
- If Ie already do the Sketch: a fee of 50% over the amount already deposited will be charged, and the rest returned.
- If I already did the lineart, colors and shadows: NO REFUNDS
Refunds AREN'T available on time, it takes 3 to 5 business days to be available for me and then returned for you!

I reserve the right to cancel a commission for the following reasons:
- If I cancel for personal reasons, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid so far.
- If I'm forced to cancel due to unpleasant customer behavior, no refund will be made. I won't tolerate coercion or harassment from customers under any circumstances.

Underaged Customers

When underage customers order me, they are automatically supposed to have parental permission to do so. I will not make refunds because "my child bought it without my permission".
Anyone who orders a NSFW part from me is AUTOMATICALLY declaring that they are 18 years old or older.
I am not responsible for any unsupervised underaged person ordering this type of content, since it is IMPOSSIBLE and IMMORAL for me to request documents with personal data from all my customers.

Copyrights

I retain copyright on drawings made for my clients, although the characters still remain theirs. The image will not be sold to anyone and will be posted in my personal gallery only for promotion purposes. I will allow the clients to display it in their own galleries only with permission (see below).

COMMISSIONS FOR PRIVATE USE

- You can post the image on your personal website or as part of an online collection, as long as the credit is given to me as artist.
- You can print the image for your personal use. Show your friends, put it on your wall, put it on any clothing or miscellaneous item, etc ...
- You can cut (but no further modifications) the image for your personal use as an avatar or profile image.
- You CANNOT modify the image without my specific written consent.
- You CANNOT claim credit for creating the image in any way.
- You may not use this image for profit. No print sales, no sale of items with the image printed on them, do not use it as an example to sell your own work, or use it as an ad or promotional image without my specific written consent.
- You CANNOT sell the art as NFT.
You may not use this image for promotional or official media. Do not use it in flyers, business cards, advertisements or other promotional materials for any event, person or organization, whether for profit or not, without our specific written consent.

COMMISSIONS FOR COMMERCIAL USE

It will be necessary to formalize a contract for the proper uses. Fees will be applied that vary from case to case.
