Your rights as the adopter:

1. The design is yours. You may alter it any way you see fit. I ask for a credit as the original creator, but it is entirely optional.
- Plumedragons are still a closed species of mine, and I ask that new characters not be made of them.


2. You may resell the design at any time. It is your right of first sale, and it may be higher than your original purchasing price.
- Please let me know if you've adopted a Plumedragon and are reselling it! I like to do gift art for adopters every so often.



My rights as the artist:

1. I retain all copyright to the original work (as granted onto me by US Copyright Law). The rights to the art featuring the design stay with me. No one may profit off of the original art nor make derivative work of it. This includes tracing the lines and making more adoptables off of it.


2. The art itself may be used to advertise other services, but I will never sell the same design twice. You may also use the art of the design as an advertisement if you wish to sell it at a later point.


Other Info

1. All characters adopted from me incur a discount of %10 of the total commission slot cost. This passes on with each owner.

2. All prices are non-negotiable. Aside from my "masked dragon", which there is only one set of, I do not reuse linework. Every adoptable is unique.
