Wow, It's already gone, can't believe a week ago I was there. Figure I should go ahead and do my review so I can remember it better this year- First, the bad:

Thursday, Friday and Sat were all kinda blah for me, not because of anything at the con, just wound up working too many hours before the con and driving myself too hard- so mostly a note to future Whry- make sure to be rested BEFORE you leave, napping at a con kinda sucks, and really misses the point of being there.

The Hotel- just seemed kinda meh, felt like the staff was really not there and the facilities were just barely kept up- everything was clean, but I can't remember how many times I went into the restroom to find it was out of towels and soap, just seemed like they were not prepared at all.

With that being said, now comes the awesome;

The game room- or more specifically, the folks in there. this was the 2nd year in a row I have been in the game room until it shut down, think that says a lot right there. Got involved in a game of werewolf that just kinda kept on going, easily one of the most enjoyable nights of the con.

 Chrispco Got another couple badge from him, and the 3rd year in a row I have gotten badges from him. It is awesome to see how mine and  kaive fursonas have grown and changed over the years, and I think that Chrispco does a great job with that- and of course, I look awesome in a professerly jacket.

Speaking of my professerly jacket, I also did my first panel this year, accounting 101. Was a nice little panel, didn't have a lot of folks there, but everyone seemed to enjoy it and I hope they did get something out of it. Was nice to be able to spend some time talking about something I am knowledgeable about and felt like it may help some folks with their situations. Was also pretty neat that a few folks stopped me in the halls after the panel saying they were sad they had missed it, tried to keep some of my panel handouts in my jacket pocket so I could at least give that out for folks that asked, may try and post it up here later.

Overall, a very nice con, went to world of coke on Monday, had a nice time with that, then set off home on Tuesday, was kinda sad to leave the hotel when it felt so very empty, by late Monday felt like all traces of FWA had been swept up- but have to say am very excited for 2015.
