Darn. I forgot again. Oh well. Here's this weeks journal.

This weeks musical muse sounds better in the acoustic version. I feel that if The Cranberries marketed this version rather than the original slower version they recorded first, it'd get more press, airtime, and better chart performance.

So this week is a small downer. I got laid off from my mill work for one week as they prepare for a new "temporary schedule" of 8-hour weekday shifts. While I do lose my weekend overtime as a result, I'm looking at the bright side of things. This opens up more opportunities of working at the hardware store. While I do hope this isn't the result of the recent company merger I wouldn't be surprised if it was. It probably isn't since we're a union shop.

Other than that downer, the past two weeks have been good. Hardware store is making a shitload of money since we're an essential business. It keeps me busy, and I like that.

Also, I've gotten a bit more involved with Robinhood. I'm in that stage where I try to fine-tune my portfolio on the daily so I can get the best returns from the stocks I own. Who knew Arcelor Mittal was a cheap buy (and also considered a buy by many investors apparently)! hopefully I cna work this thing to my best interests, and I can have enough cash to buy a car in the coming months.

But with that being said. I hope y'all are doing well. I may just get myself a hard cider from the fridge since I have a day off tomorrow.
