WELCOME TO THE WOLF DEN FURRY ROCK RADIO STATION! I'm DJ Cloverwolf
WWW.WOLFDENRADIO.COM
Wolf Den Furry Rock Radio plays only the best Glam Rock and Power Ballads of the 80's! So if you remember that decade of music and wish you had it all back then this is the radio station for you.
Not sure what Glam Rock is? Think bands like Poison, Cinderella, WASP, Motley Crue, Skid Row, Ratt, Twisted Sister ( to name a few ). Think Bands where the band members were MANLY men with long girly hair and dressed in tightly clad spandex and the very finest women's clothing and accessories and wearing more makeup then most of today's super models .
What are Power Ballads? You don't know??? well Power ballads are rock songs written and composed to simultaneously make you confront your daddy issues and rock your balls off. Just The Facts. Power ballads were created in the 1970s and 1980's so rock stars could score even more chicks than the scientifically questionable amount that already threw themselves at them. Think bands like Aerosmith, Bad English, Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Boston ( again, just to name a few ). Wolf Den Radio combines only the BEST of both these styles of music and streams it all to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Ok, so what makes this Furry? Well I'm DJ Cloverwolf and I'm a FURRY! I do my best to cater to the likes and desires of furries. I promote Wolf Den Furry Rock Radio ONLY right here on FA so ONLY furries and friends of furries will ever know about it. And when I do a LIVE broadcast, I talk about things of interest to furries.

Taking a trip down memory lane...
The 80s was an important decade in music history. Some of the best acoustic rock ballads and power ballads performed by bands and artists came in this era. Here’s a list of the best from that glam age of music.
AOR (Album-Oriented Rock) format became increasingly popular in the 80s and 90s. Balladry in songs reached a new level. Acoustic guitar interspersed with loud strains of electric guitars, bass, drums and keyboards gave acoustic rock ballads new meaning. Glam metal and hair metal bands ruled supreme. Passion driven guitar solos alongside gut wrenching raspy high-pitched vocals in power ballads stamped their authority in the magical 80s
Every album released by a rock band or artist during this period had slow songs which had untamed raw power. The sheer intensity and delivery of vocalists from bands in the 80s and 90s took emotional quotient to higher ground. Screaming melodic guitar solos in acoustic rock ballads accompanied by shrill high pitched vocal harmonies was manna for the ears. Power ballads released by bands and artists made their way on music charts.
Hair bands received formidable airplay on music channel MTV in the 80s and 90s. Record companies released compilations of ballads that disappeared off counters like hot cakes. Just when it seemed the magical madness would never end, without warning the hard edged sound and lyrical balladry disappeared, making way for a heavier grunge and alternative sound. Few hair bands managed to survive the grunge onslaught. Post 2000 many bands from the 80s and 90s have made a comeback with new albums and reunion concerts. This list is a trip down memory lane. Relive the momentous times gone by.
You will find ALL these great songs and many more right here on Wolf Den Furry Rock Radio.
Enjoy!
