By agreeing to commission me you are agreeing to follow all these rules. If caught breaking any of those rules you will be treated accordingly.

GENERAL:

-The artist has the right to decline any commission without any reason.

-You may buy for others.

-You have the right to refuse publication of the commission. However due to the fact that the artist won't be able to upload it online and use it as example for future customers, this will require a fee of 5$ as compensation.

-A reference sheet may be requested, if absent art pieces or descriptions will be accepted.

-Artists are people too and want to be treated as such. Having a bad day is not a viable excuse to let it out on others, violating the simple rules of politeness will result in a warning. Continuation after the warnings have been given out will result in a cancellation of the current commission. The artist has the right to refund the commissioner and in severe cases ban them away from any further commissions.

PAYMENT:

-Full payment is required upfront.

-The payment will be in PayPal in USD.

-Any details in the PayPal payment will remain private.

(Real name, location, ext...)

-If the payment is done by an outer person, the commissioner has to give evidence of an agreement made by the PayPal or card owner.

(parents, family member, friend ext...)

- You have to be sure about the commission before you make the payment.

-The artist will not take payments from people under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.

PROCESS:

-I will send the sketche(s) for approval after the payment is made, in this stage you have the right to make any changes on the sketch. After the approval of the sketch will move on to the next stage of the drawing.

-The artist will ask for approval on every stage, if not given the artist will not continue working on the piece.

The art can take between one day to 3 weeks depending on:

The type of the commission.

Response time of the commissioner for approvals on the stage.

Your placement in the list.

The artists health.

Ext...

-Paying more or paying tips will not place you higher on the list.

-Commissions are done in order.

-Trying to force or rush the artist will not make the quality any higher or the art piece to be done faster. Art is a craft rushing it can and will end up with unwanted results.

Changes in the art

-Please be specific on what you want, ask for edits when the sketch is sent.

-You are allowed to ask to add things that where stated in the start of the commission. For example: forgotten markings or scars.

-You are allowed to make only 3 minor changes at the line art stage. Any big changes or extra minor changes will be charged.

-When making charged changes the artist will state the price of the change. And in the end of the commission the commissioner has to pay for the combined price of all the changes and then get the final product.

-You cannot ask for any changes after the commission is colored or even finished.

REFUNDING:

-You cannot ask for a refund after the commissioned piece is done.

-You must share the reason of the refund with the artist.

-You will get a full refund only if the commission didn’t start.

-If a refund is requested after the starting prosses, the artist has the right to refuse the refund request and finish the commission. If insisted the artist can make a partial refund.

-The partial refund will be determined by the progress made on the piece.

-After getting a partial refund the commissioner will also get the piece on the stage it was stoped on.

NSFW COMMISSIONS

-You MUST be 18 or older to request a nsfw commission.

-You will be asked for your age upfront. Declining this request will end the commission prosses, and you may be banned from making future requests of nsfw commissions.

-Lying about your age will in no way be accepted. If done, the commissioner will get banned from any kind commission.

-The artist has the right to decline any kind of kink.

-Refusal of drawing a kink is not “kink shaming”.

-A nsfw reference sheet may be requested, if absent art pieces or descriptions will be accepted.

-Some kinks will cost more than others.
